IMPORTANT INFORMATION
REGISTRATION: *Registration, September and June's payment are due at registration. (June is 1/2 your regular tuition). If you decide not to continue your dance education at A2D you are financially responsible for finishing out that particular months tuition. *ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY does not issue refunds. If you drop from a class you have one year to use your credit.
MISSED CLASSES: *NO Refunds will be given for a missed class. A makeup class is available to students whom have missed due to illness or personal obligations. All makeup classes must be taken within 1 month of your missed class. You must register for a makeup class at the front desk to be sure there is availability in a particular class.
A2D CLASS CANCELLATIONS: *Any class cancellations due to inclement weather will result in a make up. No refunds will be given.
COSTUME PAYMENTS: Please see the costume payment form for deadlines *Costume payments are due in FULL for our annual performance by November 15th. If your payment is not made, you will not be ordered a costume. NO REFUNDS FOR COSTUMES. After November 15th no additional costumes may be ordered.
PERFORMANCE 2010: *Performance Tickets go on sale in April for our Sunday, June 13th show at the Keswick Theatre. Tickets will be sold at $18 per seat.
*ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher for any class due to teacher illness or replacement.
